This was my first and last visit to this establishment. The young lady who took care of me was nice and she did a great job! The woman at the desk, began to rush my lady when other people started arriving. She started handing her items to rush her through my service. That is unfair to me and quite Rude. To top it off she messed up my nails.

What I don’t care for is that if you show up more than three weeks between appointments, you are charged an additional five dollars. I am a regular customer, and occasionally go somewhere else, or go out of town. I found out after my last visit, after not being told this charge was being added to my bill. Been going to Young‘s nails for over a year. Mary has always done a fantastic gel job. I have gotten wonderful pedicures there and love the mini massages. What I don’t care for is that if you show up more than three weeks between appointments, you are charged an additional five dollars. I had a very nicely done pedicure at Young’s and the foot and leg massage was amazing! They’re reasonably priced as well. All good! I’ll return to Young’s for my next pedi.

Nice and clean and tech was nice although she was distracted trying to coordinate walk-ins and often stopped to ensure folks were being serviced. She was very nice. The pedi and mani massage were great. That’s their best feature and seems to be how she made up for the actual service. The mani and pedi were rushed. And cuticles, calluses, were not addressed. I took a chance going there spur of the moment. I had to go back to where I usually go the same week because of the missed work on on my mani and pedi from Young’s. I guess that’s what I get for taking a risk..

Today was my first & LAST visit. Owner/manager & staff are very unwelcoming toward African Americans! Caucasian clients were treated with respect, attended to, & greeted. I WILL NOT spend my money in any establishment, which has different standards with customers based on race!

Very limited services. I am surprised they are still in business. Only do manicures and pedicures on natural nails. Also, each time I go in to the establishment they cant do what I want. I do feel they do not cater to non white clientale. I am not one to throw race card but I always feel weird walking in..like they dont want me there.

Omg, I got the nicest pedi today in Wynnewood at Young’s nail salon. $30, they were so nice, so relaxing, nice massage, complimentary paraffin on heels. Actually nice polish brands, clean place and finished with a mini back massage. I highly recommend them if you want to ever try a new place.

They are professional with respect to standard manicures and pedicures, but less so with major repairs, rebuilding broken nails, etc. Management is not fluent in English, which can come across as their being rude, unresponsive or stand-offish. Communicating with them by phone is sometimes difficult. They really need a front manager/tech who is bilingual but whose first/native language is English.
