When I went in, I was told that the lady who does designs won’t be in till 12. But then, they told me they could try after I showed them a photo (said they could definitely do it). After the first 3 coats of polish, it was STILL patchy and to top it off the nail artist changed her mind and told me she couldn’t do it, then asked me to choose from stickers. I switched to French tips because that’s the simplest design I know, and now that I’m out of the salon I see how truly bumpy and uneven it is. I decided to trust this place because of all the 5 star reviews, but I guarantee you most of them are because they were because of the lady that could actually do designs. The only reason I’m not giving it one star is because my mom liked hers, but unfortunately, it seems I got a really bad one

I am super happy that I came to Natural Nails. I am extremely satisfied with how my nail tech did my dip powder nails and paid attention to detailing my cuticles, the shape, length and thickness of my nails. Critical: ProfessionalismAwful. I’ve had these nails for 3 days and they broke. This has never happened at Hannah’s nails! They don’t even get your nails close to your cuticles. I should have known they wouldn’t work when I sat down and she had my full set of dip nails on and finished within 22 minutes. She didn’t even put them in the gel setting dryer that everyone does. It’s my fault, I was too lazy to go to Hannah’s. I’m not going to do that next time! Also, I walked in the door and there was a woman getting a pedicure by young man. I sat and waited a minute before I was put into the chair. My feet and nails were done before she got out of the chair. My pedicure lasted around 18 minutes. I went to get an acrylic overlay for my natural nails on Saturday, January 8th 2022. I’m sorry but the older lady who did my nails did a horrible job. She kept cutting where my cuticles were they were sore and bleeding. Then she did the acrylic so thin that my acrylic cracked and now have two damaged nails. I don’t recommend her doing anyone’s nails. It’s still a great place to get your nails done.

Absolutely LOVED my fall nails . This was my first time going and the staff were so nice and welcoming. Prices are reasonable and the salon was nice and clean . However , my set only lasted two weeks and the nails started lifting at the cuticle area which should NOT be happening . I will be going back in the future but I will notify them of the issue I had with them not lasting long and see if they last longer the next time I go

Great place to ked behind the dry cleaners. Staff is friendly and helpful a d try to get you in quickly. I do recommend calling for a reservation. Shop and stations are kept very clean. Fair priced. They did an amazing job on my nails for New Years. Full set of acrylic sone. They do gel as well and pedicures. Some places I’ve been to do thick layers of acrylic and their techs do it perfectly and more natural looking. Will go back.

Took my girls to get there nails done today and the lady who did their nails did a fantastic job. They got cow print nails. She was quick and they look exactly like the picture. My five-year-old got her nails polished and the Lady was so friendly and sweet to her she even did cow print on hers. I decided to go ahead and get mine done because I don’t ever do anything for myself so Vanessa took care of it. She is amazing. She is sweet friendly she does a fantastic job. A trip that was just meant to get my girls nails done is now going to be something I do all the time . Vanessa is so sweet she just makes you want to come back and hang out and talk to her some more. Thank you so much Vanessa and all the ladies at natural nails for making my girls happy today
