The last time I was here I went to Venetian nails, although it looks fancy and they pretend to be professional they did not do a thorough job and felt they just tried to add on services. Hi, I have been going to Jolie nails for several years. I did not know anyting about the staff it was not a referral, just found it online and called. As I walked through the door I was greeted with a warm smile and hello, staff was/is attentive and beyond sweet.I am picky and I know what i want, so every detail is important. I sat with Hollie who was/is excellent at her craft, but it was so much more, there is a lovely energy in Jolie nails, the staff is all related and they are amazing. It is a win/win environment, Great service with a relaxed atmosphere. I have never written a review (my bad) and I was thinking as I have many times over the years more people need to know about Jolie nails, this wonderful family works hard and know’s what it takes to accommodate and deliver great service, specially with so much competition. Critical: QualityThe reason they’re getting two stars is because my nails came out cute (Igot powder gel) and my pedicure was great. I walked in last Wednesday with my friend (who hated it because they weren’t doing a good job at her French so she ended up just getting white), and I was having an amazing experience and loved the lady, but it’s literally 6 days later and my toe polish is chipped and my pinky nail is coming off. She promised me it would last 3 weeks and was even surprised that I told her they usually last 2! Everyone at Jolie’s Nails is extremely accommodating. I tend to be pretty picky when it comes to my nails and they are always willing to go above and beyond to make sure I am happy with the final product. They stay patient and nice no matter how many things I ask them to change and they have very fair prices!
