I had been going here for years and loved it. The lady was very sweet and very professional. I went today and someone new is there and she did not even clean her hands. She is super rude and rough. She didn’t put anything on my shirt like they usually do so my jacket is full of hairs. She made me wait for her to finish talking with her friends before even acknowledging I was there to get a service done. Definitely will have to find a new place to do my eyebrows so disappointing they changed the lady that was there before. She was truly amazing.

Workers polite, sweet and listen to your concerns. Affordable price and I use the punch card every visit..for so many visits you get one eyebrow thread free! I haven’t gone anywhere else since I’ve moved here a little over a year ago. It’s always hard to find someone to do my eyebrows when I move to a new city. I definitely recommend!

Horrible experience. I visited Natural eyebrows Threading on June 15th, the lady that was working that afternoon was rude, rough and very aggressive. When she needed me to reposition my head, instead of asking me to move it a certain angle she would aggressively move it to how she wanted it to be. At that point my mind was made up that she wasn’t NOT getting a tip. That’s how bad it was. When It was time to go pay, I handed her a $20 bill, expecting $10 back, the lady gives me back $9. When I counted my change and ask her for my $1… she gave me a look and told me to “take it take it” while handing me my $1 back. She knew exactly what she was doing. Even though $1 is not a substantial amount but it’s the PRINCIPLE…I’ve never in life experienced anything like this. And I’ll never will return to this place. EVER.

I love coming here for my eyebrows. I found the place through Groupon and she had a fantastic deal ($5 threading). I used to go to a place on Dixie Hwy. but I stopped going once I found this place. She’s very sweet and attentive. She has a lot of experience. It’s kind of a hole in the wall but easy to get to. I would definitely recommend to others! Best place I’ve ever been and I’ve been threading my eyebrows for 3+ years.

I called before I drove 25 mins out of my way to make sure they were open and had time to do my eyebrows. She confirmed they were open until 7:30 and that she could do my eyebrows. I arrived at 6:20 (about 1/2 hour after I called) and there was a note on the door saying they were closed for the day.
