Natalie is an incredible healer. About a year ago, I went to her for the Maya Abdominal Massage. She called me before the appointment to talk through exactly what my needs are and what to expect from my appointment, and her way of communicating and listening immediately made me feel deeply heard and honored. Then, when I went to my initial appointment, we talked further to ensure her work on me was fully aligned with my needs. She also provided a holistic lens to my health and wellbeing, and created a space where I could really open up. I felt fully comfortable with the massage process, and by the end, was incredibly relaxed in mind and body. I ended up signing up for the 3 session package where the last one ends with her teaching you how to do self-care to maintain the benefits of the work she’s done through the MAM. I recently went back for another session (outside of the package) and again had a deeply relaxing and honoring experience. I highly recommend Natalie for any of the services she offers, particularly because of her holistic healing lens!

I cannot describe how fantastic Natalie is in a short review but I will try. I’ve had health issues for over two years that left numerous doctors stumped. A month under Natalie’s care and I am a whole new person and I feel healthy again finally!! She has an amaxing follow up too and checks in and truly cares. She gives you a path to healing and health and people should realize you have to do your part too, but if you do the rewards will be amazing. I am blessed to have found her. I’ve enjoyed Natalie’s healing touch on an as-need basis for a few years now. From typical massages, to Mayan Abdominal Massages…from knowing what essential oils to use to always having everything needed for a castor oil pack and happily sharing the wealth of information she’s accumulated throughout her career…Natalie is wonderful in every way and I always look forward to my visit, knowing I’ll be leaving relaxed and with my soul replenished. I only wish her new location wasn’t so far from where I live, but it’s still worth the longer trip.

I was scheduled for a hernia surgery but after having had 2 previous abdominal surgeries the doctor wasn’t confident she could do the less invasive laparoscopic procedure due to the old scar tissue. I did a series of sessions with Natalie and the dr. was able to do the easier surgery and I’m recovering so much faster. Looking forward to returning for a post surgery session before I get back to work.
