Do not waste your money getting a manicure here. My $75 gel manicure (not including tip) was poor quality. The description on the spa menu states “Experience all the essentials with a beneficial scrub, hand massage, paraffin wax, and polish application” The only thing I got was polish application: no scrub, massage, or wax. By day 5, the gel peeled entirely off two of my nails and was coming off on multiple other nails. I do not recommend the manicure here.

I went for a massage. I thought the setting was nice, clean, and relaxing. I have never had a masseuse work my neck like that. It was an exceptional massage and I wish we lived closer, I would definitely go back on a regular basis.

Was at the Marriott for work and ventured down to the spa. Was quiet, clean, relaxing ambiance. I had a facial which was great (they do extractions here which I love). The massage I had was amazing! I was with Darcy and highly recommend seeing her. I loved her so much, I had two massages in the week I was there! She is a must see 🙂 I didn’t have any issues with people talking, chatting or disruption from outside while in the massage or facial room.

The spa was a beauriful and clean facility, and the staff at the front desk was very friendly. The woman from Rhode Island who does the facials is absolutely amazing at what she does! I recommend a facial any day!!

I purchased a Groupon for an hour massage. Pia was amazing! She used trigger point and Craniosacral techniques which are a whole other level! The facility isn’t much to look at, but all your needs have been thought of. You’ll be given a robe, a locker, fresh fruit- infused water, etc. You can end your visit with your choice of pools and hot tubs with beautiful views. I actually took my mother as a birthday gift, and hadn’t thought I needed a massage too much, but when Pia started, I just didn’t want it to end, she was relieving stress I hadn’t known I had! The only downside I can think of is that the fine print on the a Groupon required another $30 ( for each of us) in gratuities and taxes. Pretty hefty considering the deal was for $70 each. So that left things on a sour note for me, but I am admittedly a cheap skate. My mother loved her massage as well. Oh, and they used a very high quality oil made of grapeseed, apricot and sesame oils.

NaTisha is the most amazing massage therapist I’ve ever been to. I’ve traveled the world and received countless massages, no one even compares. Next visit I’ll be sure to book with her again! I got a deep tissue massage and have a long history of shoulder and back pain…she fixed me right up! Can’t wait to make another appointment! A true professional!

Sadly I must give 1 star for my facial, as my skin was burned as a result. Although I paid for a custom facial, when I entered the room, my aesthetician told me that I would be receiving a facial for combination skin. (This she told me without examining my face.) She asked if I had any skin allergies. My face was not cleansed of make up before she began: instead, the aesthetician began the approx 40-min facial massage with one of a combination of products. One product ran into another product, with no cleansing of the skin. At one point, having had no communication whatsoever from the aesthetician about what sorts of product she was using for my particular skin type since this was a “custom” facial, I asked if she was using glycolic, salicylic, or hyaluronic acid, because I noticed my face was tingling. (I use these products regularly.) She said the tingling was good, but my face should not be burning. At that point, my face was not burning. By the end of the facial, however, the area surrounding and underneath my right eye was very sensitive to the touch. Once I arrived home, I saw that area extremely red in color. By the evening, the skin in that area was changing texture, like a burn does. I went to sleep and woke up with a red, scaly patch. I have been moisturizing for two days now, but the burned area is as bright red and scaly as before. I offer this review as a caution to others: if an aesthetician does not even examine your face to determine the appropriate “custom” product to use, buyer beware. And if your face “tingles,” or an area becomes sensitive during the procedure, stop right then and there. As for the spa itself, it is teeny tiny small. The sauna was not heated to an appropriate temperature, and the dressing room is only large enough for one person (there is only one shower and two sinks.) The hair dryer did not work when plugged in, and I was left to determine why. All in all, I am extremely underwhelmed for the price, and very concerned my face was burned. That said, the front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the aesthetician did an admirable job massaging my arms and face.
