The hair cut was great! My kid loves his hair cut. I agree they need to be trained on customer service, professionalism, and appropriate booking times. I had to wait when i had an appointment and the other stylist was rude to customers on the phone and in person. Please hire a front desk person. and make sure there is enough people to work, especially on a Saturday.

They do well cutting hair but both times I’ve been here I’ve had an appointment set and then sit for 1 hour waiting. I’d give 5 star if they could get close to the appointment time but they have been an hour late both times. I don’t have the time to wait like that so won’t be back again.

One star just to post this. We brought in our son who was nervous, has autism and at first we had to wait over an hour when our original appointment was 5:30. Then the stylist placed her hand on my son’s shoulder and pushed him forward towards the chair then when asked if she could use the clippers she refused instead of defusing the situation. We were asked to wait in the chairs instead of nearby then she was condescending towards him nothing to ease his fear at all.

I have been coming here for several months now, and always receive a great haircut no matter who the stylist. They have sports on the TV, give good conversation, wash the hair, straight razor shave the neck hairs and all at an affordable price. I am glad that I have found a great place so close to where I live. Haircut

I see Airica every month. I drive 30 minutes to get my haircut by her, even though there is a LJ’s in my area. I have not found someone who can cut hair better than her. I got easily one of the best haircuts I have ever had, the store was clean and had lots of really cool pictures and jerseys hanging up. Great service, my stylist was super nice and did an amazing job. The only reason that I did not give it five stars is because I made an appointment but still had to wait about 20 minutes to get my haircut, but it is the first week back at school and I am sure they are super busy this time of year so I understand.
