Critical: ProfessionalismWas referred to Roslyn for comb twists for my son. I originally took him and they looked great. My next booking was for locs because we decided then we wanted them. The second visit didn’t look as great, we noticed 4 days later they were coming down. I contacted her, my son’s barber also contacted her, and received no response. I texted her again and she called saying she put comb twists again and would interlock within 6 weeks and to come back in 3 weeks for his shampoo. Okay, she didn’t originally tell us this so he’d been sweating, playing football, and thought they were actually loc’d because that’s what I paid for. Fast forward, 3 weeks later I took him for his shampoo. His hair still didn’t look great. I figured the interlocking would be the game changer. I sent her a message trying to schedule like she told me to do, and originally received a message saying she only had a weekday at 1 pm open and my son is in high school. I texted twice after asking if we could work something else out and I’d even pay additional, and she NEVER responded. Mind you, I tipped this lady each time. I don’t know who expects to have a professional business like that and who actually pulls their kids out of school get their hair done. I would never go here again.
