got my nails done 2 days ago and all the corners and half of the acrylic on my thumb have all lifted. I let the woman know I don’t have the car till Saturday because me and my husband share one currently and I’m not trying to spend 25 for an Uber.I could send pics or FaceTime so she can see first hand but said nothing can be done unless I go today. I liked the service initially just want the mishap fixed.

hands down, the WORST experience ive ever had. the man was so rude and talked to us as if we were broke. the had pretty nail designs on display and we asked for them, they then told us they cant even do that and the man started a design on my moms nails then ruined it and restarted on a different design. we asked over and over again for a design and they couldnt do literally anything so my mom just said “do whatever it is you can do” and the man said “you need money to have nice nails” ignorant fr. did a horrible job on me and my mom. there was a 45 minute wait time for an empty salon lmaooo never ever again

Critical: QualityI went in for a pedicure with my friend and she had to wait half an hour not getting helped while I got my pedicure. I got a regular gel pedicure and on the wall it said that was 25. It was all over my cuticles when I was done and it didn’t look great. When I got to the register he charged me 45$ and when I asked why it wasn’t 25$ like the wall said he told me that the gel is 20$ extra. I have NEVER been to a salon where gel is more than 10$ extra and it wasn’t written on the price menu either which leads me to believe that they noticed we had money and took advantage of that and charged more. 45$ for a rough looking pedicure… really disappointed. To be a nail shop inside of a Walmart they were very friendly and clean. I received great quick friendly service and was greeted with a smile through the mask. For a walk-in I didn’t have to wait hint I was the only customer inside but I did get there 1 and half hours before closing time. The staff on duty was very polite and friendly which is rare at nail shop and a Walmart nail shop at that. They didn’t rush me to choose a color which was a plus for me. I gave four stars because they tried to get me to buy the most expensive pedicure package after I told them I only wanted a basic pedicure. Also the prices are high but I get they have to keep up with times and competitive shop around.
