I recently started coming here, I wasn’t happy with my last experience. Nancy is friendly and efficient she quickly did my nails and pedicure and I was surprised how soft she got my feet!

Nancy microbladed my eyebrows they are uneven and dark. Everytime I explained to her my brows were uneven she made a excuse. While she was doing my brows she was wiping my skin with disinfect wipes for cleaning. After spending all that money on brows I have to pay someone else to fix them.

Customer service is HORRIBLE!!!!! I was getting my nails done when a lady walked in and I noticed one of the technicians point at her and said something in their language and all the technicians started staring at her and laughing at her I was so embarrassed for this lady she looked so embarrassed,I promised myself I Would NEVER return to this nail salon again they were RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL and NASTY!!!!!!!!!! Also I noticed a lot of gnats flying around

Nancy pulls your hair with a towel to dry it. Nancy scrapes her scissors on your hair and call it layering. She cuts too much hair without asking. She cuts it too fast that it is too late for me to say something. She should not call herself a hairdresser. Do not I repeat DO NOT get a haircut from her. Her products are out of date especially the Japanese straightening. It does not last and is not worth the 500 dollars. This is what I got a freaking mop.

This was my first time at Nancy’s Hair & Nails. I am more than satisfied. Annie did a beautiful job with woth my mani-pedi. She was beyond patient, careful with my feet and hands. Awesome job. I highly recommend this place.

This was a last minute stop after work. I am leaving out of town and thought it was to late to get my nails done. They were gracious enough to fit me into the schedule before closing. They provided great customer service. Kate was very helpful and I was able to relax and enjoy my pedicure experience.
