I had a nice time coming here, I was the only one there for a bit. The shop was clean. I got ANC $35 and it took about 45 minutes. My nails came out very nice. Thank you Yun.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI hate to write bad reviews unless absolutely necessary. This experience made me uncomfortable. I went in to get dip powder nails that he confirmed were 40$, an extra five from the listed price on the menu. I agreed and when it came to shaping my nails he said an extra 5 for shaping into the look I had on my phone. I told him no and asked which shapes didn’t cost more. He said oval or square shape. So I went with the oval shape. When he was about to put the last topcoat on my nails after finishing drilling, I mentioned they looked a bit thick… they looked unnatural. So he spoke to his coworker or boss in his native language and they both started laughing and looking at me… which is incredibly unprofessional. I was nothing but kind to my nail artist… but when we went to the register he said 45$ please….. . So obviously that was 5$ more than we initially agreed upon. So I said to myself he didn’t deserve a tip at this point and kindly handed him the 45$ and said thank you. His exact words were “WOW”… as if I didn’t tip him enough… lol. Again I said thank you and walked out. So incredibly rude. I went through chemotherapy and it took months for my nails to heal for me to be able to get my nails done again professionally… just to have this uncomfortable experience. I did also communicate in the beginning that I’d had chemo and my nails were damaged and that is why I asked them to not use a drill on my natural nail. Again thank you Nancy nails for being completely rude, unprofessional and giving me an uncomfortable experience. Advice is to seek nails elsewhere.. Not to mention they didn’t wear gloves when people are still dying of covid variants and breakthrough cases.Services: Pedicure, Dip powderI hate to write bad reviews unless absolutely necessary. My Nails are uneven not smooth and I felt they were rushing me. The lady was very rude she started to do my friends nails and then told her they cant do them so she had to leave with two of her nails with no color. The prices are cheaper but I would rather pay more money for better quality nails. They told my friend to come back and charged her 10 more dollars for the exact same thing I had done. Definitely not coming back here again!

I enjoyed my gel tips at first, but only 3 days later one fell off. I was charged $28 to replace the nail and fix the anc color. Only 2 weeks later, the tips were getting loose, another huge expense. Too expensive for me.

One thing I really like about Nancy nail is that they practice good hygiene, which should be practiced at that every nail salon, but isn’t. One thing I didn’t like was that I went in for a holiday polish and they didn’t have any recommendations for a design. I had never done it before so I was hoping they could help me out but they did not have anything to show me or to choose from. They don’t want to give any input as to how you get your nails done. I presume it’s because they don’t want to be responsible if you are unhappy but for some of us we take whatever we get so a little recommendation would be helpful
