First time here but had a great experience! The girl who did my nails seemed distracted and didn’t talk much so I felt a little awkward sitting there. But my set was close to perfect, shape, color, everything! It lasted about 3 weeks but still looked good after a little wear. Not in that area often but tried to go back and the girl who greeted me was rude and then said I’d need an appointment. Drive is over an hour for me so it’s a maybe I’ll return.

I asked for a full set, they had an older lady put the acrylic on. She damaged my cuticles, made 2 of my fingers bleed because she was going so fast and it was not even busy at the time. She did a very sloppy and rushed job. I asked for coffin shaped nails with marble design, what i got was a bulky mess. I even stated that I didn’t like my nails bulky and thick and they all were saying other people like their nails like that, like that is supposed to matter to me. I paid $60 for disappointment and my nails broke off within a weeks time of getting them done. They over charge you for B.S. Go to Nail Star on Huron, way better quality for your money.

LOVE Nailtopia! Kim and Tina are great. They take their time and do a wonderful job. You do not feel rushed and they always make you feel welcome. I have never had a bad experience or results. They even pamper my five year old daughter when I bring her in with me. Highly recommend for great service!

I started doing my eyebrows here about a month ago with Tina. She fixed them up really pretty after they were ruined when I did them at a barber shop. After 3 waxes my eyebrows are almost the way I want them. I’ve also scheduled a manicure & pedicure which Tina also did really well, she gives the best massages ever!!!! I must say that I have found the place to have ME TIME!!!

Love this place! Very clean! I usually get Jen or Judy and they are both FANTASTIC!! Very talented and fun to chat with! Also great prices. Walk ins seem to be accommodated quickly, but if you want a certain tech you should make an appointment.

My nails were cut down too low & filed too narrow. I was never even asked if I wanted them cut down or shaped. I was told she was making them “even”. Didn’t see what was done till it was too late. Clearly we have two different ideas of even.

Went for a shellac mani pedi and they put regular Polish in a different color on my toes. It came off in less than 4 days. The staff wasn’t very friendly and they switched techs on me midway through my mani. I won’t be back.

They did a terrible job on my french shellac. They promised a 14 day guarantee. After 5 days my nails were chipping. I called to make an appt to have them redone. Because of my schedule and their location I am not able to get there until the weekend, however Saturday is day 12 and apparently that falls outside their 14 day guarantee and they won’t fix them for free. Not a place I want to do business with.
