Staff is friendly but I am doubting how they even got a cosmetology license. Completely ruined my hairline over the ears. That should be a basic thing for a cosmetologist, I don’t get how someone can get it wrong? I have never had such a basic problem like this ruin my hair completely. Stay away from this place if you care about how your hair looks. Staff is friendly tho, but doesn’t matter now my day is ruined and I have to wait for my hair to grow back.

I visit here Salon express every time I need my eyebrows threaded. They always come out phenomenal!. I’ve have been to several places in Irving and they over thread the natural shape. I am so glad to have found this salon so close to home. I also received my first facial ever in my life here. My face is now baby smooth and I had the best afternoon nap that an adult could possibly have. Well worth the pamper day
