I went in for a fill. First time there. I stated I’d never been there before and asked what to do. They pointed to a table full of different nail polish colors and told me to pick one. I wasn’t really welcomed as a brand new customer either. My Fill left me with two cuticle infections and uneven nail lengths on different hands.

I’ve had three full acrylic sets with gel polish and this last time is my very last. She rushed through the job and left them uneven and grown out looking. I got them yesterday and they look grown out already. They’re uneven lengths and the shaping isn’t consistent. Absolutely not worth the $60+ at all. Other places will pay special attention to your cuticles and even give you a hand and arm massage. I had to ask about making nails straight that were obviously crooked several times and she cut my fingers. My only positive is that they got me in without an appointment very quickly. I’ve been here several different times but mostly for pedicures. I’ve had three full acrylic sets with gel polish and this last time is my very last. She rushed through the job and left them uneven and grown out looking. I do not recommend this place to get nails or brows done. Got a pedicure here and my nails look chunky and not even straight. My eyebrows usually look really fluffy and on shape, the lady who did my nails made them so thin, and they seem not to be on good angle. Never coming back. Pedicure, Waxing

Worst experience I’ve ever had at any sort of salon. Untrained staff who just wing it…looked like my daughter painted my nails. Broken massage chairs (they will not move you on request). Negligent management whom I still haven’t heard back from…and then there’s the extremely rude counter staff “it’s not my fault you didn’t ask to move”

Paid for a special pedicure and it was nothing special. I look forward to the massage and it was more like rubbing and not on my feet. Totally missed doing any exfoliation on my feet. I asked for a design on my toes and at the end was told that it could not be done on regular polish. I always have this done and have never heard of such a thing. This was a $52 dud. I will not return.

They were hesitant to accommodate my request to sit next to my friend. Said they never “promised” over the phone. The nail tech’s complaint was she had to move all her tools over. Sorry, but making sure your clients have a good experience is far more important than the inconvenience they made me feel I created. They should instead, be ready to be mobile to meet the social needs of friends getting nails done together. When I complained at the front desk they did not offer any real response. No effort to be better, do better. They just lost a customer for life.

I don’t want to get into too much detail, but this location needs customer service training and training on how to accommodate people with disabilities. The staff was extremely rude because my client has a hard time understanding and also doesn’t speak very clearly due to her disability. The back area where the nail technicians work is extremely small and not ADA friendly. Shouldn’t be that way! I doubt I’ll bring my client back here.
