Critical: Quality, ValueI very rarely leave a comment. I would not recommend this nail salon at all. On 11/27th I got dip powder nails and two nails popped off like press-on nails this same day. I came back 11/28th to get those nails repaired. On 11/30th another nail popped right off. I went back today 12/1st to get that repaired, as soon as I got home another one has popped off. Please keep in mind I am not doing anything extra or rough using my hands/fingers, and even if I did they still shouldn’t pop off after hours of just getting them done, literally like press-on nails. Got my nails done for an event on 11/27th and went to that event missing two nails. At this point I’ve spent more money commuting back to the nail shop to get repairs than I would have spent to get a whole new dip set. The nail tech kept hitting/popping my hand saying why I keep loosing nails, I think that is unprofessional, and the owner made very light of the situation stating that “these things happen”, which these things certainly do happen, but shouldn’t be happening over and over and over and over again after having gone back to them for multiple repairs. Now I’m out and missing another nail for an event I have 12/2 and 12/3; I’m a busy person and don’t have time to get them fixed beforehand, especially at a different salon where they may not have this same color. I’m extremely frustrated and dissatisfied with the quality of service here. If I could give a 0 rating I would, I will NEVER go back, not even to get this missing nail repaired.
