IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR NAILS PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SHOP !!!! Yesterday I made the mistake of going to this nail shop based on the recommendation of a friend. I normally go to Nail Envy but it was a spur of the moment thing. First impression.. the place is filthy.. I ended up letting the one man in shop at the first table do my nails. He was more pre-occupied with what was going on outside than he was with doing a good job on my nails. He ended up burning me with the drill bit and still never fully took the prior color off my nails as if that wasn’t bad enough.. the acrylic and shaping process was horrible. He ended up shipping me off to one of the other nail technicians who just added a little more polish and basically sent me on my way. I ended up having to come back because one of my nails had a lumpy feel to it. Their favorite phrase during this whole ordeal was ” ah.. you must’ve it bumped your nail “. I never bumped anything ! The quality of this nail shop and their service is HORRIBLE !!!! The quality of nail shops has really fallen off over the years. They’re more concerned with getting as many people in those chairs as possible and if you don’t know any better they’ll just do whatever to your nails. So I encourage everyone to do their research first so you don’t end up in a similar situation. I’ve provided pictures as added evidence.

My girlfriend and I went there for nails and pedicures. It was my first time to a nail spa. My girlfriend went to get her finger nails filed and a deluxe pedicure. Being new, I took the standard pedicure. The spa is co-owned by a husband and wife team. There were two other nail specialists. A nice touch is that when you get a pedicure, they use a massaging chair. My toenails are fungus infected and the wife worked diligently on them for some time. She removed the fungus and filed down a callus on my left big toe. I didn’t get my nails polished. After she was done, my feet felt wonderful! My girlfriend was very happy with her services. The cost for all services was $120, which is great value, as we were in the place for 80 minutes! A word to the wise, although they take walkins, I recommend an appointment, which was the route we took. There were four customers waiting for services when we left.The place was busy throughout the time we were there

I hate this nail salon…. Just got done arguing with them about some nails they overcharged me 4 then left a tip after 3 days the nails was horrible DO NOT GO HERE….we really need to boycott them I just put up a request for the better bureau business to add them….so they can be accountable for some of there actions….very unprofessional…if you want your nails done professionally n not be talked about in Chinese because they messed up and want them to fix it do yourself a favor n go to BJ NAILS IN NORTH HILLS THEY ARE ONE OF THE BEST NEVER HAD AN ISSUE….THEY SEEMED LIKE THEY WAS GONNA JUMP ME ♀️

Me and my Godmother were walk ins but the wait wasn’t long. The technicians were very attentive to our needs. We received manicures and I had my eyebrows waxed.. We used to go there years ago when my Godmother lived in the area and it was good to be back. The techs were personable.

Great first time experience. Give yourself time to find parking. Pay the meter. Customers were talking about tickets. Nails have lasted, just need to be filled in from growth. Told Michelle that I work on cars all day and she knew what I needed to keep my nails from breaking. Hands are healthier due to her help. Love my nails. So many compliments.

True definition of Ghetto. I just wanted a wax. I grew my eyes brows out for my vacation. The picture on the right is what I asked for. TO TOP IT OFF THE WAX IS STILL STUCK ALL OVER MY FACE! The picture of the left is what l got never again. Apparently the people who reviewed this place was paid.

I almost punched the technician in the face. I wanted a refill. She wanted the nails to come off so I could get a full set. She abruptly I pulled out a tool and began to tear off the nails. She broke my natural nails and my fingers were sore for weeks. She honestly should have been charged with assault hurting my fingers like that. Especially since I told her to stop multiple times. She ripped all the nails off so fast that I barely had time to react. I almost punched her in the face as a natural instinct to being harmed. A big argument broke out and I refused to pay her a drop. NEVER EVER GO TO THESE CRAZY, IGNORANT PEOPLE.

The lady named Kim does not know what she is doing or she is messing up peoples nails and eyebrows on purpose! Honestly i believe she purposefully mess up your eyebrows if you dont get your nails done too. Kim will mess up your nails if you dont get the gel acrylic and ask for regular acrylic. If you need anything done i recommend asking for the young girl Michelle personally or going to another shop!! Theses are my personal experiences at Nails Today with the tech named Kim. Im gonna let anyone with ears know what kind of “professional” this lady is not!

I always have a great experience an wonderful time every time I go here with my mom ..
