I went to one other place before stopping here. I live about an hour and half away. Although I was a walk in they took me right away. I am very satisfied with the outcome of my nails. The only thing was the whole time I was getting my nails done the gentleman was too involved in watching videos on his phone and stopped several times to load another video. I tried to engage in conversation with him but the video’s seemed to be more interesting to him. I would definitely go there again if I was paid more attention to!!

First of all, the people working here are very nice. I mean so friendly. The establishment is i hate to say it, but it is disgusting. Literally filth everywhere….don’t look behind the broken down massage chairs whatever you do! I have never been to a salon like it. My daughter and DIL and I all had the same woman do our pedicures. She used the same instruments on all three of us that were thrown in a filthy basket…. we are praying that we don’t get some type of horrible fungus. Do not go here! Trust me! We all agreed we wish we would have just walked right out.

I am completely dissatisfied with the level of professionalism and how much they don’t listen or care,the first picture is what I got the second picture is what I wanted, now mind you I had the phone pulled up the guy not Brian but the other one looked at it for over 15 minutes I told him and the lady I did not get what I wanted and that I didn’t like it and they just kept going and ignored me I will be going else here

I always make an appointment as they require. I aways end up waiting . Had toWalked out the last time after waiting 25 minutes. Cannot understand wait time when an appointment was made. We all have other things to do than sit and wait. Pedicure

Not impressed. Waited over an hour just to be rushed out. Went in for a pedi and mani. Got the worst pedi ever they didnt even file my nails and the polish was sloppy and all globbed up in places and they wouldnt even do my mani they told me to come back another day. Very short staff but very friendly. I was there on the morning of Rutland prom and it took from 10 am to 2:30 pm to do a pedicure and acrylic nails. I did not have that kind of time and it messed up my entire schedule. I actually missed my pre prom dinner. My nails aren’t perfect and they’re pretty thick as well as crooked. The man who did my nails was sweet but obviously pretty sick. He kept taking his mask off to cough without using sanitizer after. He actually coughed directly onto my hands a ton as he was rushing through them. I am now sick with the same type of cough and sore throat. This in my opinion is unacceptable considering we are coming out of a world wide pandemic. I have now missed a day and a half of work because of my illness( I make grinders at a local deli so you know I’m not going in sick like this). I haven’t decided if I will be back or not.

I get that they don’t take appointments, walk in only, TOTALLY fine. But when I live less than 2 minutes away, call to check the wait, am told “oh yes, only 20 minutes” and end up waiting for an hour, that’s unacceptable. Not to mention that every time I’ve asked for my nails to be trimmed or filed shorter I end up going home and doing it myself because the nail tech fights me on how short I want them to be. I love these guys! Only negative thing I can say they are always busy. They work on a first come first serve basis. They are one of the best in town so no suprise there. They have a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. I will NEVER go anywhere else to have my nails done

Worst manicure I’ve ever received – woman picked my gel off with her own finger nails! Polish was sloppy and mostly all over my fingers / not smooth and my nails weren’t even fully filed when I left. Please don’t go here
