Was a regular customer of the salon. I went in on a busy Saturday afternoon without an appointment for a dip manicure and pedicure. Because they were so busy, I was told I could just get a pedicure at that time and to come back in 1.5 hours for the manicure. The pedicure was awful. It took 20 minutes from start to finish and the nail tech left some polish from my previous pedicure on my nails before putting on the new polish. I was still charged full price. I understand I did not have an appointment, but I would have preferred being told I couldn’t be helped instead of getting a bad pedicure. I will not be going back.

Got a mani/pedi for a wedding out of town and within 24 hours both my nails and toenail polish had cracked and layered, looking awful. I have actually never seen nail polish do this. I called and explained what happened and told them I wanted my money back when I got back in town because I was going to have to get them redone for the wedding. He said they would refund my money. When I went back in they expected me to remember which technician did my nails, denied me my money back and would only give me a gift certificate. Then the manager yelled at me in front of the whole place, kept talking over me and was just rude. I will never go back here….. they have lost a few customers In our family because of their poor customer service and poor quality job.

Let’s just say they made a gal feel very pretty. Traci blew me away with my designs, I let her freestyle and am beyond impressed which is usually hard to do. Haha. I didn’t feel pressured, rushed, overwhelmed or cheated but extremely satisfied. They were very homing and welcoming and disappointed I didn’t find them sooner will most definitely come here again and again and again!!!!

Went here with my daughter to check it out for a good nail studio for her. Not overly impressed. My technician’s UV lamp wasn’t clean and had powder from my old polish (& probably others). Color selction is rathered limited compared to other salons I have visited. Probably won’t go back.

Positive: ProfessionalismI have been going to see Tony and Tracy now for 14 years!! They are always busy which is good and have always done a wonderful job on my nails. I Love this place! I have been getting my eyebrows waxed here since the 90’s. Tracy always does such a good job. I also had a manicure and tried the shellac polish for the first time. They said it should last 2-3 weeks…it lasted 3 1/2 weeks!! No joke. I was amazed. I work outside all day and am hard on my hands..just sayin.

I come here all the time for my pedicures. Today was the worst experience I’ve had. I usually bring my own nail polish due to their lack of selection, so that’s not so much an issue. I had a lady today I had never had before. She asked if I wanted my nails cut, I said I did and she proceeded to file them. It hurt! She didn’t scrub my feet like they usually do, instead she only used the brush on my nails. When it came time for polish, she kept getting in on my skin then trying to wipe it away, only smearing my bright pink polish all over my toes. Never cleaned it up. I came for a pedicure and eyebrows, and before we even got to the drying station for my toes the lady announced “its time to pay me”. Needless to say, I did not inquire further about my eyebrows and wrote this review while drying. I love the rocks and towels and that’s why I come here, but perhaps it’s not worth the frustration and pain!!

Been here about 5 times, my last experience will be their last chance. $80 for a pedi and powder nails they were extremely pushy about and insistent they’d last 3 weeks. Didn’t hold up 4 days. I drive bus for a living so I’m not hard on my nails. Stopped back in to see if they’d make it right they said call the owner to which she hasn’t replied. NOT impressed or worth the overpaid price! Don’t waste your money
