My first time here. I walked in and was greeted and told to check in. I got a pedicure and waited about 15 or 20 minutes. They offered me something to drink while I waited. The place looked clean on the inside. The lady did a nice job with my pedicure. I enjoyed it.

I was a loyal client here almost a year now and it saddens me to say I will never return after the poor service for a nail correction on the owner who did my nails. I got a fill in on Monday 26, 2022 and the very next day, Gel polish lifted and the foundation was literally chipping off on both hands. I was offered to do another fill in with different color BUT again the foundation was chipping on several of my nails so I said since I had to drive 20 minutes and leave work early just to make it in time before 6PM, I would rather get a new set, different color at a discount. At first I was told no. Then the other customers agreed that they see the foundation lifting. Then the owner said they will do a new set but will not charge me the $12 to take off. I was flabbergasted because that was the best they could do. I will not EVER in history come back here after the poor service. Please be aware that if they make a mistake YOU will not be taken care of.

Critical: Quality, ValueHonestly I’m never going here again. The pedicure I got was decent. But when I got my nails done … it was a mess. I asked for almond shaped with a white abstract design and I asked for LONGER nails and I told her that yes the design like the picture but I want longer nails and she cut them and they looked long but she filed them shorter and shorter… I complained about the left thumb being so short and she said she will file the sides so make it LOOK longer … no. She made my right thumb short too… My pointer finger nails are crooked pointing to the left and are not centered… they look like stilleto nails not almond. The pinky’s are so long and look weird with my really short thumbs. And she got the clear coat on my skin and over all it was messy. I paid 127 for my feet and nails and the feet part I didn’t mind paying for. But 73 for these nails????? She said because of the LONG length THATS why it was 73… they’re short and I told her that too what length you made them shorter than I asked you and I corrected you on the length before you put acrylic powder??? She didn’t say anything and said it’ll be 127 so I paid I mean I can’t walk out without paying but don’t come here it was a waste of time. I’m so disappointed in these nails. I have been going to this particular nail salon for 4+ years and today was the day that I obviously decided to cut ties and spend my money else where. I have never been treated with so much disrespect from the owners in my life! They are rude and definitely not loyal to the customers who have been loyal to them. And you can see that from the other reviews from past loyal customers.

I am so grateful for my tech Anne. My nails are so perfect. I got “sporty short”. They look great. They feel great. She took her time. She conversed. This has been my best experience thus far! I’ve been here a few times( 6 or 7 times) since it’s close to my house, and while they’ve done a decent job with my nails in the past, customer service is seriously lacking. The manager or owner, a guy who is usually in front never welcomes you or says hi. Most of the time, he just says ” come back in 45 minutes). His attitude is not good at all. Today I went there, and as soon as I came through the door, he said to come back in one hour. No hello. No “how may I help you please?”. Just rude. I came back in an hour, and still waited another 25 minutes. The mostt upsetting part is that the lady who did my pedicure did a horrible job, and just rushed through it. I guess since it was closing time, and they just wanted to go home. I still had cuticles on my nails. She was done with the pedicure so fast, I couldn’t believe it. While they’ve done a decent job in the past, the front service customer service has always been bad. Now, it’s bad workmanship, and bad service. Find somewhere else to go.
