DO NOT COME HERE! Wasted my time & money at this salon. Wanted a cute, minimal french tip (inspo from google), first the lady told me that the extra accent line would be $20 extra. I declined because that’s hella money for literally nothing. Then, I get told in order for the french tip to be rounded to my almond nail, she has to charge an extra $15. WHAT ?! Only for her to use the tiniest brush as thin as a hair to make a curve??! Outrageous but I naively agreed to that since a rectangular tip on a round nail isn’t cute. Left with white uneven globs & cried on the CTA. Immediately found a new salon on Merchandise Mart & got a color change, I couldn’t bare to show those embarrassing nails

Wasnt greeted nicely upon arrival. There was no staff and made me wait 45 mins. When the lady finally came she barely asked me any questions or said hi. My “no chip” polish chipped after one day and despite requesting for her to paint the sides of my nails, it still looks unpainted, messy, and cheap. wont be coming here again Gel manicures

I knew from the way she was layering the acrylic that she probably didn’t know what she was doing. She was putting it on very thick and she tried to smooth it out with the filer first before doing the drill. Everything from the shape to the polishing was horrible. I didn’t see how thick it was till I was in another store after and was looking at them. The acrylic was so thick that it was pass the fake nail. I had never had nails that looked this bad before. I like my nails with a little thickness but not this thick. I have no problem with spending 65+ for my nails. But this was not worth it. To think that some nail techs get upset when you ask questions about what they are doing.

The first woman who greeted me was rude and made me change seats 3 times because her regular customer had an appointment. However, I also had an appointment…it was just my first (and last) time going here. I got a no-chip manicure. After two days the gel polish began to change colors as if the polish was old or otherwise defective. Giving two stars because the person who actually did my nails was nice and the manicure itself was fine.

I come here every couple of weeks to get my nails done. They have a really great dip and no chip variety of colors. They last from 1-2 weeks if you’re like me and work a lot with your hands, but overall long lasting. If they’re busy they will let you know that you will have to wait a bit, but if you go during their low hours you’ll be taken care of right away. Really nice artists and fast service. This is my place to go every time.

Went in for a full set and ombre color. I asked the nail tech for the price, she said that since I wasn’t getting no chip, it would be $35. She finishes my nails, does a horrible job, and charges me $60. What the heck! She mislead me on the price, I would’ve never paid $60 for nails. There are plenty of other places to choose from. When I asked for the manager, I was told that he or she was gone, how convenient. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. THEY ARE OVER PRICED AND DO A HORRIBLE JOB. The “ombre” looked horrible and my nails are super bumpy. I added a pictures of what I wanted (screenshot from Pinterest) vs what I got (the hand holding the wallet).

I’m almost reluctant to tell you how much I love Kevin doing my nails because it will just make it harder to see him… But I’ve been seeing him for years and he’s the BEST!

Never ever again will I go here. I told the guy checking me in I wanted a gel fill in. The guy who’s chair he sat me in asked about a set. He started removing my nails. I asked him about why he said I asked for a full set. He became agitated and continued removing the nails after I Told him I only wanted a gel fill in. He got agitated because I Was along questions. He started Lying saying my nails had a fungal infection. He also cut my real nails very short underneath and when I said something to him he refused to finish my nails. I don’t know if its because of race but I will be filling a complaint.

Critical: QualityMy Manicures (regular polish) lasted one day before flaking off. I have never gotten a good or lasting manicure (even no chip) here and they raised their prices? Oh no, never again. You should go somewhere more reputable. For the record my personal habits include showering and lotion-ing my hands. I don’t even do dishes.
