Critical: ProfessionalismNormally this place is great but today we had really bad service. We scheduled an appt for pedicures and when we arrived they didn’t even ask my mom what pedicure we wanted they just gave us both basics and it was a very rushed basic. Which was a shame becuase we really wanted something more. I was disappointed by the service.

I never write reviews I think this is my first one. Today around 2pm I went into Nail Spa and was greeted promptly and asked how can I help you? I said I wanted to get a gel manicure. The man there paused and then said sorry can’t help you. I said excuse me ? We are busy can’t help you ? Um I can wait nor available till 5pm there are only 3 customers from what I saw in there. I have never felt more disappointed in a business then this. Always be kind even if your busy super unprofessional

Just called today around 3:30 & was told to go in at 4:30. I went in and I was still there waiting until 5:40 and they were still working on someone else not once did I get an apology. One worker was also in the back doing nothing. And so I left without my nails done and wasted over an hour of my time. Definitely won’t be going back or spending my money there again.

I made the mistake of coming in about 2 hours before close when this salon was very busy and asked for a full set of acrylic nails. They stayed until I was finished 45 minutes after close. I felt bad but I’m extremely happy with the work that was done. I will be returning, though at a more reasonable hour. Thank you Nails Spa!

Really great nail salon. We came in together as a group of three on a Friday night. They were very friendly, immediately got us spots to sit and bottled waters even though they were quite busy. They did great nail art and gave me a military discount. Really great experience and great prices.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThese were about the WORST nails I’ve ever had done. They are not worth $45 I’ll say that much. The lady didn’t use new products on my nails she used the brush for my nails to hit a fly A FLY then continued using the same brush, my nail beds hurt when I barely touch them. GREAT experience! I’m not from this area so I just went here because it was the only nail salon with reviews. I got a manicure and pedicure, and both were absolutely wonderful! Most places I’ve been speed through but not here. They take their time and they do a great job. Prices are average and definitely worth it.

I JUST left this place and I honestly will never return. I expressed my opinion about MY nails and in turn got told to go else where if I didn’t like the work. Well if I’m paying over 40 bucks for some nails you best believe I’m gonna like what I’m getting. Then I asked the guy to fix the mess up and I got yelled at by him; he told me this isn’t MY salon go talk to the owner! Completely unprofessional and had I not been in a rush I wouldn’t have paid them until the solution was solved. Very upset at the moment.
