My husband had a good haircut at the village center branch so I decided to try great clips. It was a mistake.. the coiffeuse did what I wanted but the judgement for the length of layers was awful and I have a weird haircut with uneven layers on both sides.

UPDATE: This is a nice location with friendly stylists but the location did not keep its word about the grand opening special through December. I received the paper coupons in November and when I paid during that month I was told that I did not need to present the coupon at the time for the discount. I was told that the reduced price would be automatic in December and I would not need to present the coupon when I returned. Well today I was charged the full price unexpectedly and they said that the discount for December was not taking place anymore. I don’t know if they would have even accepted the physical paper coupon but I threw it away since I thought the price was cut throughout December.

I put no as using this business because I left. I left because I showed up at about 9:30 am or so and was bumped back 4-5 times by online check ins. The first two I could understand because they more than likely checked in before I showed up. The last two showed up after I had been there about 45 minutes. Common sense would say they picked the closest location just as I had however, I would think I should’ve gone before them as I had more than likely been checked in before they were. I waited until the next two hairdressers had finished (all three who were there worked slowly on top of it) and when the last two online check ins were called before me I just left. Basically, don’t bother walking in. It’s a waste of your time and you’re going to get bumped back by EVERY online check in.

After trying several other haircut chains over the last 5 years with varying degrees of quality, I decided to try Great Clips at this new location just a few minutes away. Very spacious and clean, (with COVID precautions), I was greeted when I walked in and got a very good haircut at a very reasonable price. Let’s give them some business so they stay at this location!
