Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went there- it’s near by and I had a gift certificate-only to be greeted horribly.I have a hearing impairment. My registered pet was denied access. I was told to leave her in the car!!!It’s 87 degrees outside. Several times I have attemped to receive service here. They have a subtle way of making persons of color feel quite unwelcome. They do not look up acknowledge me nor speak when I and my daughter entered the first time. I had to start the dialogue.

Worst nail salon I have ever been to! She used dirty instruments for my pedicure. No foot massage for the pedicure. Did not push my cuticles back with my manicure. There was myself and another client getting services done and she rushed me the manicure and pedicure. I will never go back!!!
