When my daughter first started seeing Emma Laura for treatment, I would have given 5 stars. However, the last 2 months we have been unable to get an appointment at the Rincon office for her to see her doctor. They changed from the individual offices scheduling appointments to a central office. They insist on sending us to Pooler.

Checking in was pleasant enough, the PA had an awful attitude, the female doctor I saw was lovely, and the check out lady had zero customer service skills. If you hate your job, quit. Don’t take it out on patients. Very long wait, but my results came back quickly.
