Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI absolutely loved this salon! They were professional and efficient, and the wait wasn’t that bad. I loved how they took the time out to do everything perfectly. They also have some good advice on what colors worked for me. I got a manicure and a pedicure and they were delightful. I absolutely loved this salon! They were professional and efficient, and the wait wasn’t that bad. I loved how they took the time out to do everything perfectly. They also have some good advice on what colors worked for me. I got a manicure and a pedicure and they were delightful. I love about an hour away but it’s definitely worth the journey. They were also very nice and made conversation the entire time. 10/10

On my birthday I thought I’d treat myself to a full pink/white set, and a pedicure with French polish. Nails awful!!! They were different shapes,and they started lifting the 3rd day. My feet were just as dry, and still had skin that I can remove with my sand rock, yet was still there. My ticket was 88$ plus I still tipped both men 5$ each. So for 98$ I got a 2$ job done. I was very very disappointed I could have taken that same 100$ and given it to my 6yr old son HA,But again was my birthday so I treated myself . So I use to really like this place. The only place I went to for months. On my birthday I thought I’d treat myself to a full pink/white set, and a pedicure with French polish. Nails awful!!! They were different shapes,and they started lifting the 3rd day. My feet were just as dry, and still had skin that I can remove with my sand rock, yet was still there. My ticket was 88$ plus I still tipped both men 5$ each. So for 98$ I got a 2$ job done. I was very very disappointed

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis was the second time, AT first time Don seemed to be very curious, but he WAS HEAD strong on designing the way he wanted my nails.But assured me he would correct when I come back the next time. On Monday at 9:15AM, I walked in the shop was only 1 other woman was being waited on by Don’s wife. I signed in to have a full set and a pedicure.WAS TOLD THEY DO NOT TAKE APOINTMENTS, AFTER WAITING 10 minutes, A man approached me. When I tried to explain to him what I wanted to have done. The other pedicurist stated he could speak English. I explained to HER my concerns the water was too hot. But HE seemed to ignore me. AS THECAUCASION CUSTOMERS CAME IN TO THE SHOP THEY WERE READLY ASSISTED WITH SMILES.As I observed THE pedicure OF the Caucasian lady is feet was done more differently ( wherein I paid $50.00.The man that done my feet seemed to not know what he was doing.And asked to be moved to get my hands done. It seemed to be a joke. So, I turned my recorder on and my interpretation machine on as they begin to speak in their native language. When the man started doing my nails. He began to squeeze my hands too hard. And I explained to him it was hurting. Several times he ignored me. Now from 9:15 to 12 o’clock. This man had not gotten my hands completed.And finally, after stating to him you are hitting my arm, knocking on me, young lady explained to me that he did not understand English. And I said to her, he is hitting me and knocking me. Again, they begin to speak in that native language. And I that’s when I complained to Don this man is assaulting me. Hurting me. And I will not accept it. He is not going to mess my nails up.At which time Don began to stand next to me & yelled, that he trained him. And he knows he was not assaulting and hurting me. I told him to play back the video recording, Don refused! Because he was assaulting me hitting my arms. It was hurting. And Don stated to me he didn’t like that I had interpretation on my phone as well as well as my recorder.At which time I took a picture of the man’s license on the wall. And Don got outraged at me. And stated to me don’t come back at which time I stated to him I will leave then with incomplete hand. And I will seek services elsewhere. And I said I will not pay for my hands. Because they were not done. Don asked me to come to his desk. I refused!My nails are Incomplete and messed up,& I will leave. I gave Don my credit card. He still billed my nails. Even though incomplete and messed up. I wrote on my credit card bill I will (dispute my nails.) Then I realized a copy of my credit card receipt. I called Don back on the phone. Asked him to bring my receipt to my van. When Don came, he began apologizing to me, I told him I will never come back. & do not charge for my nails. Don needs to be brought on carpet, sensitized to this way of life in the Birmingham Metroplex. Very poor services. They are races and show bigotry and preference to other races. And normal Dip powder comes out super thick literally you can not tell it’s dip it looks like gel and super opaque :)Services: Pedicure, Dip powder, Nail art, Manicure

Critical: ProfessionalismI went there once for dip powder, decent job, clean looking however started chipping days after. Didnt last long. Secondly went back for acrylics, the male did not file my nails down where the edges are, left very sharp ridge, he seemed in a hurry and didn’t properly let each coat dry. He rushed and it looked sloppy- polish was streaky and missed spots on the nail. Also, polish all under my nail. I used the dryer for about 20/25 minutes they felt dry however I went home and the paint was so thick that it didn’t fully dry, so the paint had dent scratches and was completely wiped off my hand. I will go to pro top and spend a little more money , there products last a lot longer , they don’t rush.
