I visited this shop twice. Loved it my first visit. Second visit was very shocking. I did not feel welcomed by Henry at all. I asked him why he was so rude to me. His response was you did nothing wrong. This leaves me to believe he might not want to service me due to my skin color. I will not be back.

Great work by nail tech David. He is fast, efficient and very kind. My nails look beautiful and he did exactly what I asked for. Update: This is still the best place for nails. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. I love David. Not only does he do impeccable work, but he is very attentive and super sweet!

Just in response to another post I saw about Henry being rude to them because of the skin color I think that’s jumping to conclusions without any evidence. I have supported Nails Plaza and it’s sister store Pure Bliss since they first opened. This nail salon has wonderful technicians who treat you like family. However, I agree Henry can be abrasive at times, but I have never seen Henry treat anybody poorly because of their skin color. I frequently here and see Henry laughing and getting along with people of all colors shapes and sizes. I don’t believe Henry means to be so short and rude with people, but I think he doesn’t understand when he’s being rude sometimes. It may be a cultural disconnect, but I wholeheartedly disagree with the notion that it’s due to skin color. If Henry is rude he’s an equal opportunity type of rude person. But as I said Henry and I go way back so I’ve seen him for years treat women of all colors with the same attitude regardless of what color your skin is. To paint somebody as a racist because they were rude to you is really jumping to conclusions and I believe that is false..

This place does a great job with doing nails but a horrid job when It comes to eyebrows. I paid 10.00 just for my eyebrows to look the same or uneven. Yes for nails and pedicure but NO to eyebrow service.

So glad I found this place. They do an excellent job for an affordable price! I recommend bringing in a reference photo for designs. They will be able to replicate it! Designs are priced per 2 fingers. I did a gel mani with design (2 nails) for $32 love how they came out!
