Worst nail experience I have ever had. I have glue and acrylic all down the sides of my fingers. She was not listening to instruction when I said what length I wanted she just did what she wanted. Has filed the skin so much it was burning with anything she put in them. She didn’t care at all about how anything felt. She ripped my previous nails off with force and no technique. This is not how I have ever had nails removed before and I can assume it’s because it was extremely painful. I am here on holiday and am utterly disappointed and now also in a lot of discomfort. For anyone looking for more than just polish I would suggest to stay well away. They have no skill at all in acrylics I don’t know how they can be qualified nail technicians. I will now have to try and find somewhere else to fix what they have done

Way over price! I have my pedicure with gel nail done yesterday. They charged me total of $97 without tip. They said to me I can choose the type of pedicure which is $42 including foot scrub, then they said plus $15 for gel so $57 in total then end up charging me $97. It’s very hard to communicate with them because they only speak their language most of the time.

I have been with them since 2018 and yearly its becoming overpriced. The old Management was better. Their always late with appointments and additional prices for everything with sub par service. Everytime i come here, i tell them to start at a specific time and i have to wait 30 minutes after. They lost me as a customer now

Sadly, I won’t ever return to this nail place although it is within walking distance. My best friend and I came in both for a fill and we were grossly overcharged. $55/person for a fill with no manicure!! Not including tip. Matte finish was an extra $5 (really?? It’s just a topcoat.). It was definitely not what I expected. If a fill is $50 then I wanted to know what they charge for a full set. Full sets are $60! Wow. I’m happy with my nails but at that price, it’s not worth it. I honestly felt scammed.

Personally I feel ever thankful for people who work as nail techs. Their jobs are difficult and they are typically underpaid. That being said I have gone to nails on 9th 2 times and im sorry but they are awful.

They asked me to pay before starting a gel manicure and regular spa pedicure. I kindly walked out. I didn’t feel like a customer. Pay first services are disrespectful to nail customers ( and hair customers) because they can give u a messed up nail job set rushed and sloppy and already have ur money in their pocket. I had a hair stylist do me like that a while ago. They know their work isn’t good but they want to secure their money no matter what the outcome is.

Terrible experience. Asked for French pedicure and had them redo it two times before I asked for just a basic color. Lines were fat and uneven. Was cut on 7 out of 10 cuticles. Nail supplies didn’t seem sterile. Staff was aggressive and rude. DO NOT GO HERE!
