Do not go to this Great Clips or any other one. I had gotten a bad hairdo 4 weeks ago. One side was an inch longer than the other. Went back to have the manager to correct it. Tried to be discreet .Told the manager that I used a 1 1/2 ” round brush to style my hair. My hair is barely 1 1/2 ” .. I guess listening is not on the menu. Very short hair and really upset!

Never went in, but I still witnessed the worst customer service I’ve ever seen here. I watched them reject a walk in customer more than thirty minutes before they closed. Heard something about online check-in; so what’s up with both the ad on Google and the sign saying that’s not necessary? Then they rudely locked the door in a child’s face. I don’t know the associates name, but I will call her “that red haired Karen.” That red haired Karen needs a new job where she doesn’t deal directly with customers; maybe shoveling horse manure? Might be rude to the horses though.

Great Clips locations can be hit or miss, but no matter who I’ve had cut my hair here or how busy, they’ve always given me a consistent cut. And they actually work to get you in early if you’re early whether you’re an online check-in or not.

I used to like this location. However, recently. they’ve gone way downhill. Today was horrible. The woman, named “Tam” was the person we were unlucky to get. She literally stormed off in the midst of my family member’s haircut. She hid in the back room and never came back to explain herself. Another stylist had to take over for her mid- haircut. I’ve never seen anything like it. It is so strange and so unprofessional. I will not be using this location anymore. This is the second time we were treated badly here. Two strikes, and you’re out. The loud country music and chatty/ unprofessional stylists as well as bad haircuts make this place horrible.

The woman who cut my 6yo son’s hair, left the top of his ears shredded. He was in pain for a couple of days after. The other woman worked on my daughter’s transformation from long hair to short hair. There’s long hair where there shouldn’t be. It was a messy attempt, at best. Do not recommend for anything beyond a trim.

Same girl always cuts my son’s hair. Does a great job! He ALWAYS has the very same woman, refuses to trust anyone else! He goes to the Great Clips on University in Burlington, NC. I think they’ll have their back to school SALE coming up soon too!

Haircut was all messed up. I’ve got to wear a hat till my hair grows back out. The stylist was in a rush and payed no attention to my haircut. All uneven. Ill never return here again. Its a shame for the price they charge, just to walk out because the haircut is so bad and can’t be fixed.
