My wife went there for the nails work and she felt very humiliated at this store. She came out crying and extremely insulted. My wife doesn’t do nails very often. And is not much aware of type of nails work and other thing. Hence she had to ask a couple times about the type of services. To this the lady serving her started talking to her colleague passing comment about my wife and laughing. My wife felt disgusted at this behavior of the lady serving and manager and decided to walk out. Till this point they had just asked her to dip her feet in water. They even had the audacity to charge her for this. There was no apology or regret of any sort. She paid whatever was there in her pocket and walked out. She is extremely traumatized by this kind of treatment. I would request customers reading this review to not go to a store who do not treat their customer well and are racist in their behavior. Thanks.

Critical: QualityWent to get my nails done and the experience was horrible! The lady who did my nails picked out the wrong colors and argued with me when I told her that those were not the correct colors that I wanted. Very unprofessional! The end result was very upsetting specially when I paid a good bit of money for them.Service: Gel manicures

Went there yesterday with my 4 year old daughter. They were so pleasant to deal with. They sat my daughter down in a Hello Kitty chair. It was her first time getting her nails done. They were patient and carefully painted her nails while striking up a conversation with her. It was the best experience of my life and I will be going there again. Highly recommend this place!!!! Very very sweet hard working people!!!

This is the second time I came here the first time the young man told me they didn’t have anyone to do a fill in. Then today I came in a the young lady at the desk help another lady an I was there first. So I asked did I need to get appointment an she said no. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI got my nails done here and the place was really dirty. The workers were really rude. The lady doing my nails was rushing and she was hurting me. The nails were a pretty color, but all my nails were different shapes. And they charged me 40 dollars on short nails and that aren’t even the same shape! I went to another nail salon and I got long nails and they were coffin and they were only 35 dollars and they were gel. My nails came off the first week I got them. If you plan on going here I would recommend you go to a different nail salon. This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to. My nails fell off the first week and they overcharged me. Their work isn’t really good. And when I told my nail lady if she can fix the shape she didn’t do anything. If I could give this nail salon a zero I would. Very nice, affordable and detailed. Showed the man doing my nails a picture and he gave me exactly what I wanted. Very kind, efficient and compared each of my nails side by side to make sure they were all the same length and shape. Amazing job! Will definitely be coming back!
