I was very thorough on what I wanted I even showed 4 pictures or what I was looking for a bob style just above the shoulders and long enough to put in a pony tail, she obviously did not know about wet hair and how it springs up cause my hair is like 3 inches looks terrible I can’t get it into a ponytail of any kind she made me look like a boy I am so embarrassed to go in public now. She knew she did wrong she did not show me the back of my hair and was rushing me out before I even got a good look at what she did. This is not the first time I have had a bad hair cut here but this is the absolutely worst!!! I can’t even do anything to fix this!!
