My nail tech was a younger lady and she did excellent! She made it relaxing and communicating when needed. Unfortunately, the other ladies were talking very loudly to each other in a different language, which made it not such a relaxing atmosphere to be in. Prices are decent and practical, but my only suggestion to the business owner would be to advise the employees to focus more on pampering the customer and not loudly discussing things. People go to nail salons to relax and get pampered, in order to do that, you have to create that atmosphere with soft music.

Pedicure was okay. Nothing special and nails look good. Issue is when we get the the manicure. Took for. Ever. – almost an hour and a half for basic dip and tips whereas my other place takes only 30 minutes. No design just plain color. Also, there are weird black spots like dust trapped under the top coat, so yay . Originally asked for a design but looked like it was done by a child so we took it off. Nails are fine and wearable, just not in love. Wish I got the corners rounded out on the shape.

Since becoming Revamp Nail Spa the prices have gone up so much! Got SNS and Toenail Polish Change ONLY, Was charged $80, when I asked what the price was for each was told $60 for nails and $15 for toes, that equals $75 when I asked what the extra $5 was for I was told for shaping my nail .My daughter and I have been going there for a long time as Nails and Spa but DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE RETURNING which SUCKS because we love our girls…..they will and have lost customers…..BEWARE. ASK FOR PRICES BEFORE GETTING THE SERVICE

I got my nails done saturday a nail broke on monday when I picked up a kitten. Then I was charged for the broke nail but when another customer came in saturday to get a nail fixed they didn’t charge her at all. I’ve never been to a nail shop were they charge you if your nails break within a two day time frame. I will not be back. Their prices do not match their skill levels.
