Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI got here about 10 am & wasn’t serviced until a whole hour later. It took for 2 ladies to walk in ask for a pedicure to be immediately seated, so I said I been here. The lady asked when she asked what I wanted I said nothing like I’ve been sitting in the nailshop for fun.They make you sign your name on a book for them to NOT to check it.The pedicure was horrible it lasted about 8 minutes they didn’t even get the stuff under my toes, barely pushed the cuticles back. It was terrible.I got a refill but all my nails are uneven, the polish is super thick. Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValuePedi is a joke after waiting in cold water. No chemical used to scrub under your feet or for cuticle push back. Do not lotion feet or lower legs after pedi. My overlay is horrible! She was on phone and left dip powder on my cuticles and shaped too wide for my nail bed. Ive given them several opportunities but i won’t be back. I paid $71 for refill of powder overlay and a half tail pedi with gel. NO THANKS!Services: Dip powder, PedicurePedi is a joke after waiting in cold water. Pedi is a joke after waiting in cold water. No chemical used to scrub under your feet or for cuticle push back. Do not lotion feet or lower legs after pedi. My overlay is horrible! She was on phone and left dip powder on my cuticles and shaped too wide for my nail bed. Ive given them several opportunities but i won’t be back. I stopped going because I sat and waited with my feet in a cold pedicure bath for 45 minutes. Today I attempted to go in for an acrylic removal and gel polish and the woman started removing my acrylic before stopping to finish her first client’s nails. That’s just rude for the other client! Then another woman comes in and pays cash and the employee tells me the card machine isn’t working only when I ask. Was she going to wait until the service was done?! Also, that’s new because they used to take cards. I was in there less than 15 minutes and left. I used to go here all the time and they used to be excellent. I stopped going because I sat and waited with my feet in a cold pedicure bath for 45 minutes. Today I attempted to go in for an acrylic removal and gel polish and the woman started removing my acrylic before stopping to finish her first client’s nails. That’s just rude for the other client! Sometimes the customers can be brats so I get it but every time I’ve come here it’s just been unprovoked rudeness and catty vibes.Service: Acrylic nails
