I found this place by chance, I was passing by and I needed to do my nails urgently. I had never visited it before but I was pleasantly surprised. I was attended by a boy named “deny”, or “don”, I don’t remember (sorry lol), he was very detailed, very kind, and he did spectacular nails that I absolutely loved. He is extremely talented. My first time here and I thought based off my interaction with the receptionist it would be great. However Quang who did my nails had bad energy. They were not welcoming or friendly whatsoever. The whole time it felt like I was inconveniencing them. I hope it was just a bad day for her and not her usual temperament. I would not have minded waiting an extra 10 minutes if that meant she could take a quick break and provide better customer service. the salon plays great music though!

Been a customer here every 2 1/2 3 weeks faithfully for the past 6-8months. Came in to do my regular dip powder and gel pedicure. My dip was a bit thinner than usual (last time it was way to thick) so my nails started to chip and crack (only been a week) I go back in to get them fixed because it was 7 nails out of 10 so they redid them the same as I got last week but charged me the full price of a dip powder manicure. Very upsetting that I came in the week before and spent over 120$ and then had to pay an additional 50$ for them to redo my nails because of the nail techs mistake.
