Booked an appointment at 9 and was left alone at the salon while an employee gave a massage in a closed room. After thirty minutes a second employee finally arrived and I was told to wait for another 15-20 minutes for a third employee, so I just left. They were polite and friendly, but 45 minutes is too long to wait for a scheduled appointment.

I called the day before to make a reservation for 4, but when we arrived only three nail techs were there. Paid $40 for a 25 minute pedicure, and nails didn’t dry for an hour after we left. Chairs were good.

It was my first time going to this nail salon because of convenient hours and location. Lan did a beautiful job with my dip and im super happy with how clean and pretty my nails look. She took her time to make sure I found the color I wanted and smoothing them down so it still looks natural. Definitely going back to her!
