I am so happy I was lead to this Spa & Nail lovely shop!! You will love their owner! My original Nail Spa was LV nails on 45… they were ran out of business after 16 years (I was a client the entire 16 years). I tried 7 other places.. one over charged and robbed me; one on Grand Ave near target was rude and thought they were in a “take it” area!! NO!!! I can continue… but, this is a great review for my Nail Specialist Tom!!

He completely destroyed my natural nails by filing them until I couldn’t take the pain anymore and even then he continued to try and file them. I pick a particular color and that color did not match when he painted one nail so I asked for a white cream color and he paints them pink, at this point I just wanted to go home and didn’t care. My nails were in pain for almost 2 weeks after. First time getting my nails done here and was very unsatisfied, the gentleman that did my nails did not care how he treated his customers. He completely destroyed my natural nails by filing them until I couldn’t take the pain anymore and even then he continued to try and file them. Hidden Gem!! These ladies are incredible!! I used to go to another location in Gurnee but they are always so booked and with my work schedule I need a place were I can walk in and be helped out if not right away then within 20 mins. They do a fantastic job only thing I would love is if they massaged for a little longer! 🙂 Pedicure

I asked for a mani-pedi and the salon employee rushed through these services so fast. I was done in about an hour. The employees were speaking to each other in their foreign tongue. I felt like they were making fun of me. $50.00 for a rush job, simply not worth it. My entire cuticles were not removed, my nails were filed down to different lengths, the polish started to chip in a couple of hours. What I thought would be a fun and relaxing experience was actually a nightmare.

My favorite place to get nails done in Libertyville/Vernon Hills/Mundelein area. The ladies and guys are very nice here. Pretty decor, new massage chairs for pedicures (not in pics online yet) are so comfy, and it’s very clean. Average/decent pricing, and there are specialty (wax, fragrance, no-chip, gel, art, etc.) options. They really do get your feet baby-butt soft, no matter how bad when you walk in. Most of the time I go without an appointment, but I recommend one if it’s Fri, Sat, or Sun so you don’t have to wait long. Location – it’s tucked in the back corner of the shopping area.
