Critical: QualityJust got my nails done yesterday Sat, Oct 2nd. I have gone here before and loved it. Super professional, kind, relaxing space, and great quality. However, I got my nails done yesterday and 8 of my 10 nails are peeling!! I paid $60 and I feel super jipped. I’m in a city far away, so it would be really hard to go back and have them fix it. Pretty disappointed.Update: Just called to ask about what they can do, I spoke with Sara. She said I have a 1 week window to come in to get them fixed, but being a busy single mom, living far, that’s not possible which I explained. She said they don’t do refunds but that she can give me a gift certificate and that I need to come in only when she is working on her schedule since the other employees won’t know what we discussed.So I’m supposed to come by on her schedule, my schedule is already full, It’s frustrating. Communication needs to be better to address these things. I paid money for something I did not get. Just got my nails done yesterday Sat, Oct 2nd. I have gone here before and loved it. Super professional, kind, relaxing space, and great quality. However, I got my nails done yesterday and 8 of my 10 nails are peeling!! I paid $60 and I feel super jipped. I’m in a city far away, so it would be really hard to go back and have them fix it. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWent in showed picture of what I wanted . She said she could do it . A basic French tip with some butterflies nothing complicated. She took over an hour and a half shaping my nails which were short and square (it’ shouldn’t take that long ) she didn’t have the butterfly decals to put on my nail so I don’t see why she said she did in the beginning . Then found some random ones I told her I didn’t want the ones she had and she kept pushing me to get them when I had said no . I finally just said fine and picked some that were tiny because she said the others wouldn’t fit . (It’s annoying when I had to on the spot just pick something random that I didn’t want because I was told at first it would be just like that picture and it’s not ) the end result was being charged $80 for some nails I was not happy with . I don’t even want to keep them on .
