I’ve never been charged and extra 20$ for gel definitely a rip off. I was so disappointed with my experience. Not only was this place dirty but definitely poor customer service skills. The acrylics they did on me wasn’t shaped correctly, and wasn’t even close to what I wanted. It looks so bad. I asked for an oval shaped and the girl did square and didn’t even listen to what I requested. They just wanted to do everything so quick even tho there we no other customers. Manicure, Pedicure

I was visiting Tracy and wanted to get my nails done. This place was the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. The lady that was working on my nails, shaved my nails down so much I felt heat from the tool. It hurt really bad. I asked her if I can do multiple colors, and she said she couldn’t do it with no excuse to cover why she couldn’t do it, weren’t busy at all. She cut my cuticles and my skin. Most nail salons are $45 for full set/ gel. Nope! I paid $55! My nails have bubbles in them, dust particles, and minor cuts. I definitely don’t recommend this place at all! My nails are uneven also.

And then I had my pedicure and I choose the full package however they did not even clean my nails. They just put the parrafin on my feet, let it sit for at least 15 minutes and then put the color on. And then I had my pedicure and I choose the full package however they did not even clean my nails. They just put the parrafin on my feet, let it sit for at least 15 minutes and then put the color on. Horrible work. The man who did my pedicure, hardly worked for 5 minutes. He was Ina hurry to move to his next customer. He also just me when he clipped my nails.

My experience was really bad. When I first arrived I did my nails and then I wanted to do my eyelash extensions and she said that “ we can do it here for $120 but then she said she would do it for $45” which I thought was strange. So then I made an appointment and when I came the next day she totally forgot about it.So then I had to wait 30mins to an hour just because she forgot. When I finally started getting them done she said to keep my eyes open and she didn’t put any protection below my eyes,Which seemed wrong. During the whole process I was crying and she wouldn’t let me close my eyes and if I did she would get mad. When The lady was done my eyes were really red and watery and I told the lady they were ugly and she didnt apologize or anything like that. Instead she got mad and irritated. Never come here horrible customer service and they ruined my eyelashes a week before Christmas.

This place needs to be shut down. The owner is crazy! Literally. If you go on to their FB page there is video proving this. We went in and my niece was not happy with her nails due to the fact they were all very uneven and crooked. I have no problem paying and we would rather them fix it then do a refund and go somewhere else but all the lady’s were very rude after that telling us not to come back and refusing to re-do and just tried to fix with a file. So we agree to have them cut off and give a refund. Which was fine as were leaving the owner a man walks in and ATTEMPTS to lock the door with us inside. I immediately pushed my way threw out of fear. If I wasn’t so close to the door he would have locked us in and who knows what? They need to understand that when someone has a complaint you can not take it so personal and least try to be nice about it. These people are very crazy!!! Please don’t ever go here

Do not go here for your eyelash extensions!!! It $95 for a full set but they will glue all your lashes together and you will get an infection. Had mine done here and I wanted to cry because she mess me up so bad. I still paid but will never go back here as long as I live! I went home with and irritation and had to rip them all off because I couldn’t hardly open my eyes.
