The lady that did my nails was so nice and to me, she was gentle when filing and cutting my nails. Normally I would jerk my hand away if it hurt, but I didn’t really move a lot. The lady that did my nails also tried her best to make them look just like the photo I showed her and it looks almost exactly like it! The lady knows who she is cause me and my mom both went in and we didn’t leave til 8:13 pm. My nails are the pink cheetah ones and my moms are the yellow and green ones. We are both very proud, we will both be back, and I definitely recommend this place to everyone! I don’t know if the lady’s name was Mary or not, please forgive me but if you see this, thank you!

Mid prices, friendly staff, but extremely disappointing even with simple 1 color dip. Mary does good on nails but do not let them train someone on nails with you as the guinea pig. Paid full price for nails that look like I did them & failed. Dip powder, Manicure

Mary is amazing at what she does! Very gentle and takes her time. I have never had a better nail tech and I have been to several in Fort Smith. When you walk into her shop, it feels like home. If I could give this place a rating of more than 5 stars, I would. Mary is an amazing nail tech. She always takes her time to make sure my nails look fabulous and never makes me feel rushed. If something comes up or I break a nail, she’s always good about getting me in ASAP to fix it for me! Mary is very polite, and very funny! She gets to know her clients on a personal basis. There’s nothing I love more than walking into Nails by Mary, and hearing Mary say “Hey Averi! Go ahead and pick your color and sit in my chair”. Mary will always be my go to nail lady! Y’all go see her!

Critical: QualityReally bad shape and design. Took almost two hours and they were way too thick and the design was not good. The lady that was doing them apparently couldn’t shape them so she called another lady over to finish them. She cut my cuticle with the file drill and it started bleeding.
