Came here to treat my bestie and I to pedicures. Everyone was very friendly, but the owners husband needs to improve his craft. First off, the nail polish was gummy and stringy to begin with. When he pulled the brush from my toes, the polish would pull like hot cheese does on a pizza when you bite it. He had nail polish caked all over my cuticles that he didn’t bother fixing. I had to ask for him to fix it. He changed his glasses about three times just to try and see what I was talking about, even though it was blatantly obvious. Black specs of some sort were also on my polished toes. Once he attempted to fix all that (which was no better, but I was ready to leave)He assured me my nail polish was dry and that I could put my shoes on. When I got home it was all smudged and rippled looking. What a waste of my time and money. Now I have to go elsewhere to have them done AGAIN, cause I’m surely never going back there again

The staff if nice but the table still had powder on it, I feel like she rushed and my nails are shaped weird and underneath the polish you can see wear powder was still there I honestly wish I could take them off

The lady that works here does a awful job! She’s very sloppy, and will try to rush. Dust will be still on your hands while she put the polish on and she’ll tell you to wash your hands after the fact. You will have to book an appointment with Sam if not then you will be disappointed which is sad. I’m sorry but I will never be returning back!!!

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualitySo, I walked into CT Nails & Spa, I was told they have a 30 mins wait time. I ended up waiting for 1.5 hours before I was addressed next.I went in for eyebrows waxing and to get some short gel nails. WORST eyebrow experience ever. I repeatedly specified I want my eyebrows left think.. even before she made sure she understood me the lady said ‘ya ya okay okay’ had me sit in a chair without mirror view, made swift wax pen movements on my face, slapped the cloth to strip the wax and hair off and was ready to pull the strip off. I was alarmed and moved my face away from her hands and asked if she made sure that they would be nice and thick the way I want them, she said ‘yes thick very thick’ and stripped the cloth off. I was horrified to see one eyebrow was angled while the other was smooth curved in shape! Neither were thick or by any standard a decent job.. When I expressed my alarm she brushed me off and said ‘no no it look good’, I am extremely annoyed at the unprofessional and bad service altogether!!! I shouldn’t have tipped but did it out of courtesy. If I could give this place 0 stars I would but can’t do I’ma give you a one. They horrible came for a basic pedicure which is 27 and asked for just white polish on my toes and the drunk sloppy man put gel on there and charged me 40. Don’t recommend at all. Pedicure

Critical: QualityDaughter went for a full set short nails. Nails were done poorly had to call over the phone and ask do they think how they painted her nails were acceptable and her response let me know she knew she had done a poor job. Paid 15 extra for a gel polish the job was definitely not worth 42 dollars after having to be corrected
