Positive: Punctuality, Quality, ValueBelieve it or not, I decided to go to this salon because of its poor ratings! Given that it was Christmas Eve day, I figured most places (especially the higher rated ones would be swamped.Not only did I have an incredible experience, my manicure artist was efficient, kind and excellent. If this is the treatment I receive on a busy, holiday weekend, i can’t imagine how a less busy time will be, I’m sure wonderful. Also, Deena then gave me an AMAZING massage!!! Highly recommend her. Will be going back soon!Manicure was only $10 and a great value, best price in all of Ridgefield. When Sarah was there this salon was a solid 5 and it was due to her and the professional staff there. She had a phenomenal memory and when you came in she knew your name and birthdate to get your box out. The massages were fantastic and she always gave extra time. I recently returned from being away for the year and was so disappointed in my manicure. The nails were uneven and a bit scraggly. The massage was painful. There was not the friendly atmosphere that Sarah created. I’ll be going elsewhere.

Horrible first experience. I made an appointment days in advance for a dip polish manicure. They made me wait thirty minutes, proceeded to take my previous manicure off completely wrong(which caused the appointment to be about thirty minutes longer than it had to be), and were being rude about it.

Sarah, Michelle and several other familiar faces are gone. Sarah was very generous, giving free massages and discount coupons. Those freebies are gone. During my visit I noticed one of the male employees wore a very grubby tshirt and sweat pants. Employees constantly take personal phone calls. The overall professionalism is gone. So far, Deena is still there so I will continue enjoying her fantastic chair messages. I’ve been going to Nails by Jenny every two weeks for 16 years but will be switching to a new salon.

i don’t know what was happening but it’s seemed it was an express kind of day. I walked in today to get a French pedicure, nothing fancy just a simple French pedicure. First the water was very hot, then shortly after we were done with the water was the massage but that didn’t happen either. It was just rubbing in the lotion.So, Once the lotion was rubbed in came cold towels. Actually all the towels used were cold. After that we get to the nails, didn’t even file any of them to shape them up, as most do. Then I got only one coat of the polish for the base, which I’m shocked because it was normally two since the base of French is very neutral and light. And Frenchs I get very frequently and have always received two coats for the base. I couldn’t even say anything after experiencing this. I walked out after paying for an express pedicure looking like I’ve done it. After this whole time, and having this experience I will not be returning. I hate walking into a place knowing that I could experience this again. Now on to finding another place who can keep a consistency of treatment.

Purchased a Groupon a while ago and had a fine experience. When I left the owner gave me a coupon and signed it to come back again for same deal. Went back two months later and brought a friend with me. Went to use the coupon at payment and the owner decided I couldn’t not use it anymore but there was never an expiration date on the card or any specifics on when I could use it. After going back and forth she still refused. This was disappointing and not a good look on their part as I brought a new customer with me. The man who did my nails understood where I was coming from but unfortunetly he can’t make the decisions. If you have any form of coupon don’t expect them to be honored.

I had read the bad reviews and was expecting the place to be dreadful but after going there myself I know that it is a swell place and would highly recommend people to check it out.
