Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueUntil today I still don’t know what Nadia tried to do with my hair, was not the cut, not the color, not the style. Before I booked I asked is she knows how to do a Balayage, which she said yes, the day of the appointment I show her a picture of the color and the style what she agreed one more time. Unfortunately, it was nothing similar to that! she doesn’t spend the time that this requires, she goes from one client to another without finishing right, just jumping to the next client in a rush, she is the only person who does the main job, (other person just blow hair and clean) anyway it would bother me if she does the job right. After I told her that my color was totally different she tried to put a cream on my hair which of course didn’t help at all. After all this frustration she keeps the change, acting like there is nothing to give me back, well I felt more shy to ask of what she kept that I just left. Anyway, I can’t wait to change my hair and don’t do the same mistake. Until today I still don’t know what Nadia tried to do with my hair, was not the cut, not the color, not the style. Before I booked I asked is she knows how to do a Balayage, which she said yes, the day of the appointment I show her a picture of the color and the style what she agreed one more time.
