Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went to this nail shop to get a pedicure and acrylic nails. They did not place the plastic covering on the bowl before they started my pedicure. One person started my pedi while another started my nails. She left my nails way to long I told her like 3 times to cut more and she would cut very little. I asked for coffin shaped nails, she was not done shaping 1 hand when I told her I wanted to change the shape and keep them square. When I said that another lady that was doing someone’s nails asked why i wanted to change them, I said I didn’t like the shape and she continued to reshape the tips as if she could fix them and started speaking in her language to the other lady’s as if it had upset them that i was asking to change the shape. Again I asked if they could please remove the tips and put new ones that were square, they told me no because they could fix them once they added acrylic. Before she started any color i showed her a picture that I wanted two nails different color they said they could do it. Once they started on my nails I noticed they were having a hard time applying the acrylic, it had dents or bumps it was not a smooth application. She cut me many times as she shaved down the nails. I took almost 3.5 hrs and they painted them all the same color, they didn’t even follow what I asked for. I was so disappointed. I went to this nail shop to get a pedicure and acrylic nails. They did not place the plastic covering on the bowl before they started my pedicure.
