They had customers waiting to get a haircut on Sunday and only 2 people working. The Manager and the hair dresser were working as fast as they could……and they did. It’s a shame, customers can’t see or understand the situation going on. They have been short handed and Corporate doesn’t want to hire anyone else. I think you better think twice about this or you really will have to close down. Just saying.

The woman that cut gave me a disconnected hairstyle after a said fade multiple times cut the hair on top in places because she disconnected the sides instead of blending. My parents used to have a store in the same shopping center, and I used to get my haircut there all the time. Then I started going to a salon became too pricey! So I went back to Rios and was very pleased. Didn’t have to pay so much for a trim, excellent job!
