Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityThis is honestly the worst place I have ever gone to do my nails, I went in to do my toes and gel manicure. I ended up only doing my hands. There were two ladies working there one seemed to be the owner and the other who was the one that did my nails. She passed the electric nail drill way too many times even while she painted the nails and after she finished. The dust got on the nails and she passed the nail polish over it leaving little bumps on my nails, she also had to redo some of my nails over three times. The lady took every opportunity to be on her phone or to do her own nails ( with the supplies she used on my nails, she left my nails with little spikes at the bottom where she had passed over the drill and then nail polish. Nothing she used looked like it was clean, there was dust all over everything. I wouldn’t recommend that place to anyone I’d rather drive an hour to do my nails somewhere else then ever go back. There were two ladies working there one seemed to be the owner and the other who was the one that did my nails. I want to first start off by saying that I have been late a couple of times to my appointment but I have always called my nail technician and let her know that I was running late and I’ve always apologized for doing so because I know nobody likes to wait and have the time or their money wasted so I do whatever I can to be apologetic and polite when things come up that I cannot control. Jeanette was very rude, I went to my appointment early and Jeanette my nail technician completely ignored me from when I walked in she had another client in my place when I set up an appointment for 3:30 and there was no apology for taking someone else in my place there was no apology for having me wait almost an hour until she was done. I had to ask how long I was going to have to wait after waiting 15 minutes and arriving 15 minutes early. So I don’t know if I will be returning and if I do I will probably be seeing another nail technician maybe Jasmine she’s highly recommended.

I am extremely picky, and was never the girl to get her nails done on a regular until I met Arisha. 3 years faithfully…I think that explains a lot. She can create any design you want, just be sure to book well in advance
