The atmosphere was really nice. Wait time was minimal and drinks were offered. The staff is super friendly. I think I was overcharged though. I picked the $35 pedicure but asked for gel polish. I understand if this costs more, that’s fine. I got a single color dip overlay on my natural nails. No manicure involved, but old dip removed. My total came to $101. Seems excessive to me, but it was fine for one time. I was expecting closer to $85-$90. The color is absolutely beautiful. I was left with a bit of a mess from the dip, but it’ll wash eventually. Overall a good experience and honestly the staff is probably the best I’ve had in my years of going to salons.

First time going to Nails & Beyond. Told the gentleman at front I wanted someone who does a Great pedicure. He put me with Michelle. Let me tell you, that was the best pedicure I have ever had and I have had a lot. She took her time and never did I feel she was rushing trying to get through with it. Another patron sitting next to me said she had been going to them for about 6 years or so and they all do a great job! Definitely will be returning for more pampering! Also enjoyed a mimosa and that was nice after a long day at work. I definitely recommend you making a stop in there to see for yourself!!!!

I recently came in for a fill like I do every 2 weeks Mai was great. I went to check out and they wanted to charge me $5 extra for trimming my nails down. This is something that is always included since they grow out. I came in for a polish change and they wanted to charge $10, I even brought my own polish!! This is getting ridiculous. I’ve been a loyal and faithful customer of Andre and Donna for over 10 years and never have been charged for trimming my nails, maybe $5 for a polish change. I mean are you going to start charging $5 or xtra on pedicures also if you want your toenails a little bit shorter??? I really don’t want to find somewhere else but I may have to.

First time going to Nails & Beyond. Told the lady at the front I wanted someone who does a Great job . She put me with Mrs. Rose Let me tell you, she was the best I have ever had and I have had a lot of fun talking with her we laughed, she even helped me pick up some pretty colors. She took her time and never did I feel she was rushing trying to get through with it. I love Mrs Rose i did the dip powder i love my nails and i inenjoyed her company and that was nice after a long day at work. I definitely recommend you making a stop in there to see for yourself!!!! Mrs Rose is funny

Rose is AMAZING at pedicures!! I have really bad ingrowns and she knew exactly what to do and even showed me that they were out to make sure I wasn’t in pain. She takes her time and is very very sweet and polite!

Techs were nice and respectful but I didn’t get what I asked for. I had to ask for them to remove the original gel because there was no base for the color to pop. Even with the base color, the gel polish was still patchy and not one solid color. I chose this color from the book fully expecting to look exactly what I was asking for. It took them putting 3 layers just for a patchy job. The techs were nice enough to cooperate with me. But at the end of the day I’m paying for the overall job which I am not happy with. If I’m going to pay for something then I’d like for it to reflect what I’m asking for. I paid 49 dollars for something I could have done at home but better.

Could have been better, don’t think I looked important enough…. I was there for 2.5 hrs paid $111 but still have streaks of a inconsistent brush stroke on my nails, left over polish on my fingers and unpainted sides. For the price and the time…. IT WAS NOT WORTH MY MONEY.
