If I could give a 0 star I would. I never write reviews like this but this deserves to be reported for others to see. I went for shellac / gel polish. I chose my color out of the book but was told “let’s do this color it’s similar”With no explanation. I thought ok? But thought that was weird. The very next day the polish was peeling off and chipping just like regular polish. It didn’t feel like gel, it didn’t look or last like gel. It was like they used regular polish and a gel top coat. I returned after calling & making another appointment to say my nails need to be redone. When I arrived the male yelled at me when I told him it wasn’t like any gel I’ve had before. Yelled. Said I didn’t need to say that about his business. There was only one other lady in there to witness this. He said other rude things & I told him he can fix my nails and I will never be back. He redid them, he apologized for being rude but said it was his daughter who did them. I left without speaking a word since I was the only one in the building with him. I will not be back and no one should ever be spoke to the way I was or have to return for their mistakes.

Critical: PunctualityI made an appointment for 10am. I was on time and had to sit for ten minutes. Mind you all the chair were empty. Finally got to a chair and she filled it with barely warm water. So then I sit and soak my feet in cook water for 20 minutes. I was getting the jelly pedi. She then empty’s the tub and pour the stuff in on my feet. All this time she is working on another woman getting her finger nails polished. I feel if I am paying then the attention should be on me. This place has gone down hill since Jennifer left. They are out of a lot of polish as well. First time I am this disappointed in Kim who does the pedi. The guy who is running this place now, is not good at doing nails and has a personality of a wet mop. I’m not coming back here again. I was a new customer there today and I had read the reviews and saw that they really didn’t have very great reviews but I’m a firm believing giving everybody a chance and it seems like those bad reviews were well earned the man when I asked him to do my ingrown toenails told me I wasn’t a doctor left me with one toenail that was extended the young lady was very nice and fixed that one toenail but I don’t think I’ll ever be going there again
