I usually go in because they are fast, but its not worth it. i’ve been a handful of times and half of the times i leave with cuts and sores on my cuticles from their files/nail drills. NEVER go in and ask them to remove an old set, they literally just tear the nails off by wedging a nail tip under the acrylic because their nails always always lift within a week or 2. The tech that did my nails used the wrong colors (which may be my fault due to bad phrasing which i will admit) but also my nails looked almost nothing like the reference photo i used. They’re black dip powder also never looks black outside, its always a navy. Not to mention some nails are crooked. Only going to this salon if i’m in a huge rush, even then i’m not sure if its worth it.

First time going here and was not disappointed I went to my usual nail tech and he told me it was a 45 min wait I was really impatient I wanted to just get my nails done and be done with it I came across Nails4U and there was no wait the lady took me right in serviced me and did an awesome job I’ll definitely be going back for my future sets !!!

I asked him for flat tips and he sent me home with almond shapes. He did not listen to anything that I asked him to correct. Frustrated I left for the night and went back in the morning after I could calm down. I asked them to clean the acrylic from beneath my nails and to fix the shape. He trimmed them at the tip, and did not even clean the acrylic from underneath my nails properly. And tried to send me home again looking jagged and crusty. He acted as if I was asking for something unreasonable, when any other nail shop knows better than to send you home In this condition. Positive: QualityI live on the Southwest side of Okc and every nail shop is the same. I go in with simple designs/colors making sure to confirm if the stylist can create what I’ve shown them. They always agree & then my nails NEVER look anything close to what i show them. They cut me horribly & rush through every set trying to service as many hands as possible. I had given up on nail salons until a friend brought me with her to Nail 4U. Omg i was SHOCKED. This lady took her time, she made sure to apply products on all sides of my nail, she was so gentle with the machine. Not to mention my nails look freaking BEAUTIFUL!!
