There were only 2 techs there (rest were on vacation) and it started off fine doing my pedicure first red flag when they put the hot towel on me they did ONE towel on both legs. Usually they wrap each foot and legs and put them together. They didn’t even ask what kind of pedicure services I wanted then it was my nails. She was super rough and didn’t put much attention to what she was doing. They’re shaped okayish but some are bigger than others (I got coffin short) then she painted them. I left went to a store and I noticed they were peeling so I went back she said they didn’t dry correctly and told me repeatedly how sorry she was. Which okay it happens no big deal except we did longer on them drying (they’re gel so using the blue light thing) and they’re still bubbling. Should’ve read the reviews before I went. Please don’t make the same mistake. My friend I went with has a really bad toe infection as well. Just. Don’t.

I would never recommend this salon to anyone! I made an appointment and they completely rushed through my nails. It took the lady a half hour and she was completely done. She was rude, rushed, told me she would do what I wanted and decided half way thru she wasn’t going to do them. They turned out thick and clumpy. She did a terrible job!

I went here because I needed a place to walk in to because of my busy schedule, but there are a lot of things wrong with Nails 3000. I came in with acrylics that I wanted taken off and gel polish put back on. The only thing they did right was removing my acrylics by soaking them off. This place is extremely unsanitary, they do not wipe down any tables, chairs, anything. They switch from client to client in the middle of a service without washing their hands in between. My nail polish is very sloppily on my fingers. They also charged $50 to remove my acrylics and put on gel polish when that is NOT what their sign says. My last complaint is that a “manicure” is just removal of old polish and new polish put on. No cutting of cuticles, no massage, no lotion, nothing extra whatsoever. I absolutely do not recommend anyone to come to this nail salon and I am very tempted to call the health department over the lack of sanitary measures.

very unsatisfied lady started my pedicure before the water was even done running and was finished before the water filled up – I spent $50 for a service that was completely done in about 8-10 mins!!!! this use to be my go-to spot and I would not recommend ANYONE giving this place their business bc the last few times have been a horrible experience!!!!

We got our fingers polished all was well then we asked to get our toes done, he said no I dont want to. When I asked why he became belligerent and stated he was not going to. Before my manicure, I asked the man to address my overgrown cuticles. He brought out a grinder and ran it along the base of my nail bed. Once I removed the polish a few days later I noticed that he had cut deep ridges into the base of all of my nails (see attached photo). Now my nails are ruined until they fully grow out. Worst manicure EVER! I realize people go here because it’s cheap, but your absolutely get what you pay for.

I showed them a picture of the shape and color I wanted (coffen style) and she asked if I have ever had my nails done before. I said yes, and she went to shaping them. After the power was on she filed them. She said they wouldn’t look the same on my hands as they did in the picture because her fingers (the picture) were slim and long and mine weren’t.
