Critical: Professionalism, QualityMy daughter went to get her nails done at this place. She gave them a picture and they said they could provide what she was asking for.. Granted, I’m not a fan of her choice, but these were for senior pictures. She went with 2 friends who also got their nails done. All 3 of them kept asking the nail tech to fix her nails because they didn’t look right, but the lady was rude and refused to fix it. In the end, it cost my daughter over $50 for this disaster, even though she told them she was very unhappy with it and they refused to fix it. She’s 17 and was there without an adult to speak up for her and they totally took advantage of that.She had to come home and redo her nails, which ended up looking great in her pictures. Thankfully she has her own nail kit and light.1st pic is how hers turned out. 2nd is how they should have looked. My daughter went to get her nails done at this place. She gave them a picture and they said they could provide what she was asking for.. Granted, I’m not a fan of her choice, but these were for senior pictures. She went with 2 friends who also got their nails done. All 3 of them kept asking the nail tech to fix her nails because they didn’t look right, but the lady was rude and refused to fix it. Critical: QualityIf I could give zero stars I would. Their manicure consisted of soaking my nails, trimming the cuticle, and polish. No cuticle oil, no cleaning or buffing, no warm towel, massage or lotion. I paid $15 for my nails to be painted. And even that was not done well, by day 3 the polish was a chipped mess. If I could give zero stars I would. Their manicure consisted of soaking my nails, trimming the cuticle, and polish. No cuticle oil, no cleaning or buffing, no warm towel, massage or lotion. I paid $15 for my nails to be painted. And even that was not done well, by day 3 the polish was a chipped mess. Oh, and the whole time she tried to up sell a gel manicure and eye brow wax. Will not be going back.

I showed a picture of a design that I wanted and it came out sloppy/messy. Cuticles weren’t done. I’m in a wedding. She told me “no” to sitting with my friend who was the bride, she told me “later” after she finishes but that didn’t work because my friend was done first and had to go finish things for the wedding. I’ve always went to places that were nice and accommodating when they knew people who were friends, I didn’t know it was an issue with only 2 other customers in the shop. All in all, the whole thing was definitely NOT $70 quality work. They also didn’t do what my friend wanted as well. She’s upset but has no time to fix them.
