Not good experience. I hate to have to write this review because I’m such a genuine person but it was just a bad experience and wish you all could just be more people/customer service friendly. I Got a $59 pedicure for me and my family members and it was totally rushed. There were clearly no one waiting and no other clients breathing down there necks. I purposely came at a time where no one would come so I and my family would get a good experience but not only just to get at least somewhat of a better experience for a “mall salon” that clearly didn’t work. when we had walked in but they were rushing through it. It was a $59 pedicure which isn’t cheap. For 25mins not including the polish. I might as well should’ve done me and my family a basic pedicure. Wasn’t happy with the lady who cut my toes with the gel still on. And she cut tooo low but clearly couldn’t tell because I had color on my toes still. My family members said theirs were cut uneven and cuticles were bleeding. Just SUCKS over all VERY DISAPPOINTING.

I have been coming to The Nailery Too for over a year, along with my mother and three daughters. All of the staff is nice, friendly and helpful… especially when my oldest daughter has a hard time deciding on what nail color to choose! 😉 I highly recommend The Nailery Too!

I came about 2 weeks ago and the technician that did my nails tore off a hangnail which hurt pretty bad and I bled, and also when she was buffing my nails or what have you it got really hot and I was burned as well and she was very aggressive. And then covered it with acrylics. My finger got badly infected and I had to go to the ER because of it and get my finger cut open and it was in the same spot that she tore it off. Now I’m in a lot of pain and missing work I would not recommend coming here and I wish I could have my money back too because now I have an expensive ER bill.

I had went to the mall and decided to stop & get my nails done! Unfortunately they did not provide a service I was happy with! My overlay is very bulky & lumpy my white tips are squiggly lines the overlay coating is missing on the edges & some had to be chipped off my skin! They charged me for a full set which I just got an overlay no tips was added the price was excessive! I usually feel like Cardi B leaving the nail salon but I felt more like my 7 yr old daughter did my nails while I was sleep. I called in about my nails & the lady tried to justify the bad nail job, I asked for a refund which they don’t offer. Why would I go in for them to fix it if I wasn’t happy with their service in the first place!
